Our MCM programs utilize strategies developed to personalize the campaign and adapt based on the behavior of the target audience. Our MCM programs for increase awareness of some rare diseases and the available treatment options were hugely successful in part due to our knowledge and analysis of the characteristics and preferences of the recipients and in part due to optimization based on context of the message, relevance to the recipient, flexibility of approach and integrated communication.
